With aromas of savoury spice and black cherries this wine is bursting full of flavour.  Hints of mulberries and plums add to the rich middle palate of chocolate and the underlying warmth of oak.  Fine tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon provide backbone and structure while fleshy Shiraz enriches the body.  

Both varieties combine with elegance and savoury length.

Scott Collet’s Woodstock winery in McLaren Vale is one of the most impressive wine estates in Australia. This wine reflects Scott’s ebullient character – butch, rich, a little bit wicked, extremely naughty but ultimately a bit of a blockbuster!
