Delivery Information

Please note, unless specified otherwise someone must be available to take delivery of your order. If you wish to make alternative arrangement please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. For example you may wish to provide an alternative address for delivery, we are happy to assist.

If you are ordering from our hamper selection, someone must be available take delivery; in order to maintain the quality of some of the products they will require refrigeration immediately, e.g. cheese.

If you suspect your wine is damaged or broken you should not accept delivery. Our delivery person will verify the safe delivery of your product, damages after this time cannot be accepted by the company. We are happy to refund all confirmed breakages or damages.

We offer free delivery to the UK & Ireland for all orders over £100.
